입체적으로 가득 차 있는 꽃들의 덩어리이며 동시에 정원이다.공간은 꽃들로 가득하지만, 사람이 있는 곳은 꽃이 올라가 공간이 생기며 꽃으로 가득한 공간 속을 자유롭게 거닐 수 있다. 작품 속에서 타인과 만나면 각자의 공간들이 연결되어 하나가 된다. 
선(禅)에서의 정원은 산속의 대자연과 일체화하기 위해 수행하던 선종의 승려들이 단체로 수행하기 위해 탄생한 장소로 알려져 있다. 선종의 공부안독 중에 ‘남전일주화(南泉一株花)’라는 것이 있다. 승조(僧肇)의 <조론(肇論)>에 나오는 유명한 구절인 ‘천지와 나와 하나의 뿌리요, 만물은 나와 한 몸이다’를 어떤 이가, “참으로 훌륭한 말이지 않습니까.” 하고 남전화상에게 물었다. 이에 남전화상은 “요즘 사람들은 이 꽃 한 송이를 마치 꿈을 꾸는 것과 같이 보고 있는듯합니다.”라고 답했다고 한다.본 작품은 사람들이 꽃들 속에 파묻혀 정원과 하나가 되는 곳이다. 사람이 꽃을 계속하여 바라보면, 꽃 또한 사람을 보기 시작한다. 그 순간, 사람은 꽃과 하나가 되고 비로소 처음으로 꽃을 바라보게 되는 것은 아닐까. 
본 작품의 꽃들은 난초과이다. 많은 난초과 식물은 흙이 없는 곳에서 살며 공기 중의 수분을 흡수한다. 본 작품의 꽃들은 공중에서 살아가며 하루하루 성장해 꽃망울을 맺고 피어난다. 공중에 자라나 있다고도 말할 수 있다. 다양한 식물의 종류 중에서도 꽃이 피는 식물은 가장 마지막에 나타났다. 그럼에도 육상 식물 25만 종 가운데 꽃이 피는 식물이 22만 종 이상을 차지한다. 진화는 다양성을 선택하며 꽃들은 다양성을 만들어내기 위해 태어났다고도 할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 그 다양성을 가장 향유한 것이 난이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 땅 위에 사는 모든 식물의 종류 중 약 10%는 난초과 식물이라고 알려져 있다. 난의 대부분은 다른 식물로 가득한 토양이 아닌, 다른 식물이 없는 바위나 나무의 위와 같이 흙이 없는 곳에서 살아갈 수 있도록 최적화하였다. 흙이 없는 곳, 즉 지금까지의 식물에게는 터무니없이 열악한 환경 때문에 경쟁이 없는 세계에 최적화된 난초는 진화 단계의 맨 마지막에 출현한 것으로 추정되며, 지금도 계속 다양화되고 있다. 진화란 무엇을 선택했는지 생각하게 한다.
또, 난은 화분 매개 곤충과의 공진화(共進化)의 예로 알려져 있으며, 매개 곤충이 활동하는 시간에 맞춰 향기가 강해진다. 이로 인해 작품 공간의 향기도 아침, 낮, 저녁, 밤 시간대에 따라 변화한다. 본 작품의 난은 야행성 곤충을 매개 곤충으로 하는 난이 많아, 밤에 공간을 가득 채우는 난의 향기가 압도적이다.

The seasons change gradually across the installation space.A seasonal year of flowers blossom according to the changing seasons, and the place where they grow gradually moves.
The flowers bud, grow, and blossom before their petals begin to wither and eventually fade away. The cycle of growth and decay repeats itself in perpetuity. If a person stays still, the flowers surrounding them grow and bloom more abundantly. If viewers touch or step on the flowers, they shed their petals, wither, and die all at once.

The interaction between people and the installation causes continuous change in the artwork: previous visual states can never be replicated, and will never reoccur. The picture at this moment can never be seen again.
In spring in the Kunisaki Peninsula, there are many cherry blossoms in the mountains and canola blossoms at their base. This experience of nature caused teamLab to wonder how many of these flowers were planted by people and how many were native to the environment. It is a place of great serenity and contentment, but the expansive body of flowers is an ecosystem influenced by human intervention, and the boundary between the work of nature and the work of humans is unclear. Rather than nature and humans being in conflict, a healthy ecosystem is one that includes people. In the past, people understood that they could not grasp nature in its entirety, and that it is not possible to control nature. People lived more closely aligned to the rules of nature that created a comfortable natural environment. We believe that these valleys hold faint traces of this premodern relationship with nature that once existed, and we hope to explore a form of human intervention based on the premise that nature cannot be controlled.

When people touch the characters, the worlds that the characters embody will appear, influencing one another to create a single world.
The elements born from the characters influence one another through their positions in the space, their powers, relationship to each other, as well as their physical influences, to create a single world. For example, if the wind blows, it will affect the rain, snow, and flowers. Birds will alight in trees, and butterflies will gather around flowers. Just as in nature, the scenery at this moment can never be seen again.

Flowers continue to blossom and die in an eternal cycle, the blooms changing with the passage of time in nearby artworks. When people touch the flowers, their petals scatter. But if people hold their hands still against the work, more flowers will be born than usual.
The world of the artwork becomes brighter with the sunrise where it is located, and it becomes darker as the sun sets. 
The time of the repeated life and death of the flowers, the time of the nearby artwork worlds, and the time of the city where the work is located, all of these different times intersect and overlap, while the space of the artwork world, other artwork worlds, and the city remain connected. The artwork space is an overlap of different times and space.

Autonomous abstraction.
The dots of light blink and change color in cycles unique to each dot. A spontaneous order phenomenon occurs between dots that are close to each other, and their hues and the rhythm at which they blink gradually synchronize. When people touch them, the rhythm of the blinking hues change and are randomized, but the dots close to each other once again cause a spontaneous order phenomenon between them.
The dots of lights emit a tone each time they blink. The tones can be heard continuously throughout the space; what sounds like music is solely created by the continuous tones produced by the blinking lights.

A spontaneous order phenomenon occurs when different rhythms influence each other and synchronize. Examples include when the pendulums of two clocks gradually begin to swing together; when many fireflies gather in one tree and all start blinking at the same time, creating a larger light as a whole; or when the cells that make up the heart synchronize and tremble simultaneously to create the pulse of the heart. This can be seen in various systems, from physical phenomena, neurophysiology, to ecosystems. Although the individual parts do not have the ability to observe the whole, the phenomenon of self-organization is the creation of an ordered and larger structure, resulting from the autonomous behavior of each individual part influencing each other. This phenomenon is also known as spontaneous order.

It is believed that entropy (a measurement of the lack of order in a system) in the universe will steadily increase (the law of increasing entropy) and that entities with form eventually collapse. Despite that, it is a wonder that the sun was created and the planets were born, that life was formed and societies exist. However, the reason why the universe, life, nature, and society continue to be maintained in spite of this may be because order is continuously formed on its own through the shared phenomenon of self-organization in the midst of disorder. In other words, the universe and our own existence are a continuous order created by the same phenomenon.

Living things eat and are eaten by other living things in one shared ecosystem.The creature you draw will multiply if they eat other living things, but they will die and disappear if they do not eat enough, or if they are eaten by other creatures.
The salamanders eat the snakes, the snakes eat the lizards, the lizards eat the frogs, and the frogs eat the butterflies, each one propagating as they consume. Likewise, the butterflies multiply in places where flowers grow.Although flowers will bloom if people stay still, their petals will scatter if people walk around and step on them. Salamanders will die if you step on them too much. 
Living creatures spread throughout the world, increasing and decreasing in number. The creatures you have drawn may be increasing somewhere. See if you can find it.
The International Union for the Conservation of Nature’s Red List is a database of the conservation status of biological species. Wildlife assessed in the Red List, including threatened and endangered species, appear in this work.

이 폭포는 사람들이 그린 물방울로 인해 만들어진다.

종이에 자유롭게 그림을 그리면, 그림은 물방울이 되고, 그 물방울들이 많이 모여 폭포를 이루며 떨어져 내린다. 이윽고 타인이 그린 물방울 그림과 함께 섞여 떨어져 내린다. 떨어져내린 물방울들은 ‘그래피티 네이쳐'의 지형에 따라 박닥 쪽으로 흘러들어 간다.

물방울 하나는 공처럼 튕겨나가며 공처럼 움직이지만, 물방울들이 많이 모이면 넘실거리며 물처럼 움직인다. 물방울들이 외부의 힘이나 지형의 영향으로 흩어지면 다시 공처럼 움직인다.

물분자는 하나의 분자만으로는 액체가 될 수 없다. 물이라는 액체가 되기 위해서는 많은 물분자가 모일 필요가 있다.
물분자는 자석과 같은 성질을 갖기 때문에 물분자간의 결합, ‘물 클러스터’로 존재한다. 이 물 클러스터는 수명이 매우 짧으며 끊임없이 생성되고 분해되는 것을 반복한다고 생각되어진다. 그것들은 매우 역동적인 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 물은 다양한 형태로 변화한다.

이 세계의 대부분의 사물과 생물들은 구성하는 요소의 성질의 단순한 합 이상의 성질을 통해 전체를 이룬다.

높낮이가 있는 입체적 지형의 대지가, 시각적 인식과 신체적 인식이 분리된 채 꿈틀거린다. 또한 대지는 사람들이 움직이면 더욱 요동친다. 

All the various fish drawn by everyone swim around in this ocean.

Color in a fish on the paper provided and see the picture you have colored come to life, swimming out into the ocean in front of you together with fish drawn by other people. If you touch the fish, they will swim away. You can also feed the fish by touching the food bags.

Sometimes, the fish leave the room, transcend the boundaries between artworks, and begin to swim through the museum.

The tuna transcend the physical boundaries of the museum and swim out into the Sketch Ocean or Sketch Aquarium: Connected World artworks in other exhibitions. Similarly, tuna drawn in other exhibitions may appear and swim into the Sketch Ocean right in front of you.

이 테이블에는 꼬마 요정들이 살고 있다.

테이블 속을 뛰어다니는 꼬마 요정들은 우리를 인식하지 못한다.
하지만 테이블 위에 손이나 물건을 올려두면, 꼬마 요정들이 물건을 인식하고 뛰어오른다.
올려두는 물건의 모양에 따라 꼬마 요정들이 미끄러지거나 점프하거나 기어오른다.
물건을 많이 올려두면 꼬마 요정들이 무척 기뻐하며 뛰어다.

한 잔의 차(茶)를 끓이면 그 안에 꽃들이 피어난다. 그릇을 손에 집어 움직이면 꽃은 지고, 꽃잎은 그릇 밖으로 퍼져간다. 꽃들은 차가 들어있는 한 무한히 피어난다. 그릇 안의 차는 꽃들이 계속해서 피어나는 세계가 된다. 그 무한히 펼쳐지는 세계를 그대로 마신다. 차가 존재해 처음으로 작품이 탄생한다. 차를 전부 마시면 더이상 작품은 존재하지 않는다.차는 변용(變容)적인 존재이기 때문에 그릇 속 차의 양에 따라 크기가 변화해간다. 그 크기에 맞춰 태어나는 꽃들의 크기도 변해간다. 차가 그릇에서 넘치면, 넘쳐난 차에 또한 꽃들이 피어 나간다.
꽃을 1년을 통해 그 달의 계절, 지역에 맞는 꽃들로 피어 나간다.
작품은 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의해 실시간으로 계속해서 그려진다. 미리 기록된 영상을 재생하는 것이 아니다. 전체적으로 이전 상태가 복제되는 것 없이,감상자의 행동의 영향을 받으며 계속해서 변용한다. 지금 이 순간의 그림은 두 번 다시 볼 수 없다.

Enso is the Zen practice of drawing a circle with a single brushstroke. This artwork depicts enso drawn as Spatial Calligraphy. The brushstroke is suspended in space, but there are moments when its circular shape is revealed as the brushstroke rotates and shifts the viewpoint.

Spatial Calligraphy is a form of calligraphy drawn in space that teamLab has been exploring since it was founded. The artwork reconstructs calligraphy in three-dimensional space to express the depth, speed, and power of the brushstroke, and that calligraphy is then flattened using the logical structure of space teamLab calls Ultrasubjective Space. The calligraphy shifts between two and three dimensions.

Back in ancient times, enso was drawn in space using sticks, to symbolize the concepts of enlightenment, truth, the universe, and equality, in a figurative manner. The circle is also a reflection of the viewer’s inner self, thus its interpretation depends on the viewer.
