Tokyo’s teamLab Museums Record Over 4.2 Million Visitors in 2025. teamLab Borderless Welcomes 1.69 Million, teamLab Planets 2.51 Million

Over the course of the year, over 4.2 million visitors (*1) visited teamLab’s 2 museums in Tokyo. teamLab Borderless (Azabudai Hills, Tokyo) welcomed around 1.69 million visitors in 2025. teamLab Borderless was selected by the U.S. based international news magazine, TIME as one of the “ World's Greatest Places 2024.” teamLab Planets (Toyosu, Tokyo) welcomed around 2.51 million visitors in 2025. teamLab Planets received the World Travel Awards for “Asia’s Leading Tourist Attraction” twice, in 2023 and 2025, standing alongside world heritage sites such as the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal, and Angkor Wat. teamLab Planets Welcomes a Total of 10 Million Visitors: Reaching 5 Million International Visitors, and Becoming a Primary Destination in Tokyo.

teamLab Planets welcomed over 10 million visitors from more than 211 countries and regions as of October 12 September 22, 2025, just 7 years and 3 months after opening.*1 Of the total visitors, approximately 5 million were international tourists.
