•The venue is dark, and there are many areas with uneven or unstable footing.
•Visitors with children are responsible for their safety and supervision.
•Children (12 years of age or younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
•One parent or guardian is required for every three children, including children under the age of 3.
•Smoking, drinking, and eating (including candy and gum) are not permitted in the exhibition space.
•There are no restrooms or break areas in the exhibition.
•Visitors who are unwell or drunk are not permitted in the exhibition.
•Due to the nature of the artworks, there are some flashing lights and loud noises.
•Visitors with luggage over 50cm in length are asked to leave their belongings in the coin lockers on the 1st or 3rd floors.
•Strollers are not permitted in the museum. Please use the stroller parking space on the 3rd floor.
•Animals are not permitted in the museum with the exception of service dogs.
•There is a limit to the number of visitors in wheelchairs who can be admitted at a given time, so visitors may be asked to wait before entering.
•Use of flash photography is prohibited.
•Use of monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photography equipment is prohibited.
•Filming or interviewing for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior approval.

•Beverages in open containers
•Other items deemed dangerous by staff
For safety reasons, the following visitors may not be able to experience certain artworks
•Pregnant visitors
•Visitors using wheelchairs
•Visitors who have difficulty walking on their own
•For safety reasons, anyone wearing high heels, sandals, wooden clogs, or other unsteady footwear will not be allowed to enter the Athletic Area. On the 4th floor, you can rent and change into sneakers. However, they are limited in quantity and design, so we recommend that you bring your own sneakers.
