The work is not a pre-recorded image that is played back; it is based on a computer program that continuously generates the work in real time.

Within the artwork, the flowers are first born, they then grow, bud, and bloom; and before long, they scatter, wither, and fade away. In other words, the flowers can be seen to be born and disappear over and over for eternity.

The viewer's presence affects the cycle, causing the flowers to either wither or blossom depending on the distance of the viewer to the work.

The interaction between the viewer and the installation causes continuous change to the artwork and previous visual states can never be replicated, and will never reoccur.
