Will same-day tickets be available onsite?
Same-day tickets will be available during the exhibition period. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the Togyokusen ticket counter from around 19:00.
If there are any changes regarding the sale of same-day tickets, an announcement will be made on this website.
Are there any inaccessible areas for guests with disabilities, wheelchairs, or strollers?
Please wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers as the venue is dark, has stairs, and some of the paths are rough and unpaved.
For elderly visitors and visitors with disabilities, using a cane or other walking aids is dangerous so please take extra caution.
Please note that there are areas inaccessible to guests with disabilities using wheelchairs and guests using strollers, etc.
Inaccessible artworks include: Ever Blossoming Life Tree - Giant Taro Cedar, Ever Blossoming Life Tree - Fallen Jiro Cedar, and Enso in the Natural Spring - Togyokusen.
There are no discounts available for disabled persons at this exhibition.
Will the exhibition still be open if it rains?
A decision will be made in case of light rain.
Using an umbrella at the venue is very dangerous, so please refrain from using them and wear a raincoat instead.
In case of heavy rain with strong winds, the exhibition will be closed and visitors with advance reservations will be contacted at their registered email addresses.
How can I purchase tickets and what are the payment methods?
Tickets can be purchased (with a designated date/time) from the official website.
Only credit card payments are accepted.
You can purchase up to 6 tickets at once. If you would like to purchase more than 6 tickets, please purchase them separately.
Can I cancel my ticket?
In general, tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the date/time of my ticket?
To change the date/time of your ticket, access the e-ticket URL in the purchase confirmation email and select "Change the admission date/time”.
The date/time of entry can be changed up to three 3 times. Please be aware that after 3 times, further changes cannot be made.
Changes are possible until 23:00 on the reserved day, however, we ask that you make any changes as much as possible in advance.
After 23:00 your ticket will become invalid and it will no longer be possible to change the date/time or request a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
If you share tickets from a group purchase, sharing must be cancelled before you change the date/time of entry. Once the change is made, the tickets may be shared again.
You may cancel sharing your tickets from a group purchase until the end of the entry time-slot.
After the entry time-slot has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel sharing your tickets

- Ticket holders for 19:00 - 20:00 entry (Until 20:00)
If you do not share the tickets, the date/time of entry can be changed until 23:00.
Do I have to have to print my e-ticket(s)?
1. If you own a smartphone, tablet, or similar device:
You do not have to print your tickets. Access the URL in your purchase confirmation email and display the ticket page at the entrance.
2. If you do not own a smart device:
Print the ticket by selecting "Print your e-ticket" on the ticket page.
Where can I view my ticket(s)?
You may display your ticket through the URL on your purchase confirmation email (subject: teamLab e-ticket purchase completed). If you did not receive an email, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form” page on this website.
I haven't received the purchase confirmation email, what should I do?
If your purchase confirmation email hasn't arrived, please check the following:
1. The email may have skipped the inbox
The email may be stored in another folder due to an email filter.
2. Your email settings may have rejected our email
Please change your settings so that you are able to receive emails from @ticket.teamlabticket.com.
If the problem still persists, please contact us via ”Inquiry Form” on this website.
If I make a group purchase, can I send individual tickets to my friends? Is separate entry possible?
By sharing tickets from a group purchase, you can enter separately. To do so, select "Share your ticket" on the ticket page displayed after the purchase.
If I distribute tickets from a group purchase, can I undo it?
You may stop sharing your tickets from the ticket page by selecting "Edit your shared tickets”.
Note that after you cancel ticket-sharing, the other person(s) will no longer be able to access their ticket, and the number of tickets you own will be increased.
You may cancel sharing your tickets from a group purchase until the end of the entry time-slot.
