The three-dimensional Soft Terrain with varying elevations was developed by teamLab.
Granules of various colors pour down, flowing from higher elevations to lower elevations in the three-dimensional terrain, and a stratum pattern is drawn based on the overlapping of these granules.
The ground sinks beneath people, and granules gather in these sunken areas. As people walk, the granules burst out and intermix, changing the stratum pattern.
The color of the falling particles changes through the morning, noon, evening, and night time periods of a day, the four seasons of the year, sunlight, water, and earth.
