Floating, Resonating Spheres

teamLab, 2015, Interactive Installation, Endless, Sound: Hideaki Takahashi

* In the event of strong winds, the artwork may not be exhibited.
* On view until 9pm.

The spheres of light are autonomous. When a person touches a sphere, or when the wind blows it, its color changes, and it emits a sound tone unique to that color. One after another, the surrounding spheres successively change to the same color and emit the same tone.

When there is no wind, and nobody touches the spheres of light, they begin to blink slowly.
