1. This facility cannot be held liable for any visitor’s personal injury, loss, or other problems occurring here.
2. Please note that the artworks may have flashing lights and loud noises.
3. Please note that video or photo coverage of the site may be performed without prior notice. If you do not agree to be featured in the coverage, please inform our staff.
4. Certain works may not be exhibited due to the large crowds or maintenance.
5. Due to the convenience of the facilities, temporary suspension or cancellation of business may take place.
6. Ticket refunds are not available under any circumstances except for cessation of business.
7. Please follow the staff's instructions. If you do not follow the instructions, we may escort you out of the venue.
8. To the guest who has a disability certificate：We will check the disability certificate at the entrance gate, please come with your accompanying person.
    *Disability certificates issued in all countries are applicable.
9. For safety reasons, wheelchairs may not enter some areas or experience some artworks. Wheelchair users may be asked to wait, as the limited entry number of wheelchairs.
10. A child under 140cm in height must be accompanied by at least one adult with a ticket. 1 adult may accompany up to 2 children including children with free admission.
     *Children under 100cm in height are free of charge.
11. Prohibited Items：
      ○ Any items that are 50 cm or longer must be stored in a coin-operated locker or luggage storage.
      ○ Strollers must be stored in the luggage storage.
      ○ Hazardous items, smelly items, fresh flowers, etc.
      ○ Any drinks with no caps or covers.
      ○ Any other items deemed to be hazardous by the staff.
12. For safety reasons, pregnant women may not be able to experience some of the artworks.
13. Be aware that the facility is dark with uneven ground and unsteady footing. Be aware of the actions of people with you and around you. If you have young children, please watch them closely for their safety.
14. For safety reasons, people wearing unstable shoes such as high-heeled shoes/sandals are not allowed to enter.
15. No smoking, drinking, or eating (including candy and gum) in the exhibition spaces.
16. Taking photos and videos is allowed, but please be careful not to cause disturbance to other guests.Please refrain from using flash.
17. Photo shooting for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior permission.
18. Anyone who is ill or drunk will not be allowed entry.
19. Using a monopod, tripod, selfie stick, etc., is not allowed.
20. No re-entry with the same ticket after leaving the venue.
