Vortex Sea: Waves and Whirlpools

青海波紋樣是日本傳統的,包含着「無限延伸的平穩波浪的圖案,表達了對於廣闊的海洋所帶來的恩惠的感謝,以及永遠持續和平生活的嚮往」意義的圖案。青海波紋樣始於“波斯薩珊朝(226-651年)”,通過絲綢之路傳到中國,在飛鳥時代(593-710年)傳播到了日本。
而漩渦的圖案在先史時代就得到了幾乎所有名族的偏愛,據說像漩渦圖案一樣廣泛分布在世界各地的圖案除此無二。
人們橫向描繪波浪,從正上方描繪漩渦。
我們在三次元世界重新詮釋,在球體上描繪漩渦,把自由旋轉狀態的球體形成一定的秩序排列,再把漩渦球群體通過超主觀空間理論進行平面化後,描繪在右屏。
然後再把同樣的球體無序的排列,把無序排列的漩渦球群體通過超主觀空間理論進行平面化後,描繪在左屏。
We reinterpreted the blue ocean waves in three dimensions and drew whirlpools on a sphere so that the blue ocean waves are seen from the side and the whirlpools are seen from above. The spheres in free rotation are arranged in an orderly fashion. (Image: Perspective)
