A special app exclusive to the event venue controls the flashlight illumination and sound from the smartphones; the phones blink on and off and emit sound as directed by Pepper's baton. The phones resemble dots of light—and with them, Pepper draws scintillating pictures and conducts a symphony of light and sound.
