Are there tickets available at the door?
Yes there are, but if tickets are sold out beforehand, tickets will not be available at the door.
We recommend you purchase tickets in advance.

How much is admission?
16 years old and above: JPY 2,400 〜
High school/university students (*conditions apply): JPY 2,000 〜
* Can only be purchased by those who attend a Japanese high school or university and can present their student ID.
4 to 15 years old: JPY 1,000 〜
3 years and under: Free

Discounts are available for visitors with disabilities.
Can I cancel my ticket after it has been purchased?
Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the entry time for my ticket after it has been purchased?
Once a ticket has been purchased, the entry time cannot be changed.

Are there any clothing restrictions?
Guests wearing high heels, sandals, or clogs are not permitted in many areas of the museum.
Is there a waiting time to enter the museum?
During peak times, there may be a wait to enter the museum.
Is it possible to re-enter the venue within the timeframe on my ticket?
Unfortunately, no re-entry is allowed.
Is there an age limit to enter the museum?
There is no age limit, children (12 years of age or younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult is required for every three children.
* The parent/guardian will also require a ticket.
Can I enter with a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed in the museum.
Please store strollers in the stroller parking lot on the 3rd floor before entering.

Can I take photos or videos in the exhibition?
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos of the exhibition, but the use of flash is prohibited.
* Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and other auxiliary equipment are not permitted.
* Shooting for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior consent.
What are the exhibition’s open hours?
Our business hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 11:00 - 20:00
Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays: 10:00 - 20:00

Is it possible to bring drinks or food into the museum?
No drinks or food, including candy and gum, are allowed in the exhibition space.
Is it possible for visitors in wheelchairs or with physical disabilities to enter?
Visitors in wheelchairs or with physical disabilities are welcome to enter the museum, but there are certain areas that are restricted.
