A tree made of small beads of light shining in the forest. When a person approaches, the shining tree becomes "a pearl of light", and then scatters. Light beads continue to be born and form more trees.
The work is rendered in real time by a computer program. It is neither a prerecorded animation nor on loop. The interaction between the viewer and the installation causes continuous change in the artwork. Previous visual states can never be replicated, and will never reoccur.

チームラボが描く“光の珠の散らばる木”。ミキモト銀座2丁目本店のショーウィンドウチームラボ（teamLab）が12月25日まで、ミキモト銀座2丁目本店のショーウィンドウにてインタラクティブ作品「Sparkling Dream Tree by teamLab」を展示する。「Sparkling Dream Tree by teamLab」は、森の中で輝く、「光の珠（たま）」でできた木を表現した作品。
